Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Conditions for Returns:

To qualify for a refund, all of the following must apply:

– The cancellation request is sent within 14 days of receiving the goods

– The product is returned unopened, unused, and in perfect resale condition

– The return is sent back at your own expense and risk, using a tracked shipping method

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

– The product was opened, unwrapped, or handled in a way that diminishes its value

– The returned item is damaged, bent, or otherwise unsellable

– The return is received after the 14-day period or without prior notice

Non-refundable items:

– Items showing signs of wear or use

– Limited edition or signed posters that were unsealed

– Custom or personalized products

– Digital content or downloads (if offered)

How to request a return:

Contact us at office@rupertgruber.com within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item in acceptable condition. Refunds are issued via the original payment method only. We do not refund shipping costs or customs fees.

As an artist-run store offering limited-edition collectibles, refunds may be reduced or denied if the returned item is no longer in its original collectible state.
